Where I work
I'm based in Van Nuys and work across the greater Los Angeles area. Pick your city to see what I do there.
San Fernando Valley
This is home turf. I'm based in Van Nuys, so the Valley is where I can get to you fastest, from ranch homes on slabs to small offices along Ventura Boulevard.
Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena
East of the Valley, the work shifts to edit suites, older plaster-walled houses and hillside lots. I plan each visit around the building, because old walls and slopes decide where cable can go.
San Gabriel Valley
It's a longer drive from Van Nuys, so I bundle the walkthrough into one trip. I work with busy shopping plazas, warehouses and the family homes behind them.
Central Los Angeles
Apartments, lofts, hillside bungalows and small studios mean a lot of rules about what you can drill. I work inside what the building allows and tell you where I need a landlord's okay.
Westside
Over the Sepulveda Pass, I see condos with HOA rules, big hillside homes and small offices. I keep the cabling out of sight and the equipment easy to find.
Santa Clarita and Calabasas
Newer homes here have big attics and big floor plans, and many sit in HOA communities. I check the rules before I mount anything and run cable where nobody sees it.
