How I handle your info
I run this business myself, so I'll keep this plain. I only collect what I need to answer you, and I don't sell it or share it.
What I collect
When you send a request, I get the details you type into the form: your name, email, phone number if you add one, the city, what you need and anything you write in the details box. The form also records the page you were on and how you found the site, such as a link you clicked.
I also use PostHog for anonymous analytics. It counts page views, clicks on buttons and how far people get through the form, so I can see what is working. It does not see what you type into the form.
Where it goes
Your request goes into my Capsule CRM, where I keep a record of the job. A copy is emailed to my Proton inbox through Resend, the service that sends the email. You also get a short confirmation email from me. I use these services only to run the business, and nobody else gets your info.
Cookies and analytics
PostHog sets a cookie and stores a small value in your browser so it can tell one visit from the next. You can block or clear these in your browser settings. If your browser sends Do Not Track, I respect it and PostHog stays off for you.
Deleting your info
If you want your info deleted, email me at andrew@bitbybititsupport.com and I'll remove it from my CRM and my inbox.
